AI advice on the security of your Microsoft 365
With one click AlertControl uses AI to assess the current security status of your Microsoft 365. You get a status (in good shape, needs attention or action needed), a short summary and for each finding what is going on, why it matters and which steps to take. In plain language, for administrators without their own security team.

What does the AI advice look at?
The advice uses a summary of the period you choose on the dashboard: security alerts and incidents, identity risk detections and risky users, DLP alerts, sign-ins of involved users and high-severity sign-ins, the audit log and events from medium, the MFA status (such as administrators without MFA and inactive accounts) and the Secure Score.
What do you get back?
• A status: in good shape, needs attention or action needed, with a summary for management.
• Up to six findings, most important first, each with what is going on, why it matters, numbered steps and the users involved.
• Quick wins, what is already going well and what could not be assessed, for example because of a missing licence.
How does AlertControl handle your data?
For the advice, a summary of the data is sent to Azure OpenAI within Microsoft Azure. Microsoft does not use it to train AI models. AlertControl keeps the advice, with who requested it and when, so it can be read again later. Always check the advice before you make changes.
Who is it available for?
AI advice is included in the Business, Professional and Enterprise bundles. We set the number of advice requests per calendar month per organisation. Advice is kept for an hour, so opening it again does not count.
