AlertControl for IT managers: one overview instead of five portals
As an IT manager, security often comes on top of everything else. The data sits in Microsoft Entra, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint and Purview, each with its own portal. AlertControl for Microsoft 365 brings it together on one timeline, gives every event a severity and uses the AI advice to show what takes priority. Read-only, with no agents or extra software.

Saving time
Instead of visiting five portals every morning, you open one dashboard. The severity filter (medium and higher by default) shows only what needs attention. Click an event for all details, grouped by topic: user, location, device, Conditional Access and more.
What you see at a glance
• Sign-ins from abroad and repeated failed sign-ins.
• Users without MFA, administrators without MFA and inactive accounts.
• Changes to roles, consent, inbox rules and mailbox permissions.
• Alerts and incidents from Microsoft Defender, risk detections and DLP.
• The Secure Score with recommendations that earn points.
Explaining it to management
The AI advice describes the situation in plain language, with priorities and concrete steps. That makes it easier to explain to management why something is needed, such as MFA for everyone or cleaning up old accounts. Colleagues can view it with the Security Reader role, without being able to change anything.
Connected quickly
