AlertControl for managing directors: control over your Microsoft 365 security

As a managing director you are responsible for the continuity of your organisation, including its digital security. AlertControl for Microsoft 365 puts all security events from your Microsoft 365 environment on one timeline, with a severity per event. The AI advice tells you in plain language what is going on and what to tackle first. AlertControl can only read and changes nothing in your environment.

What does a managing director want to know?

Not every alert, but the answers to a few questions: is someone inside who should not be? Do all accounts have MFA? Are there administrators without extra protection? What should we do first? AlertControl answers those questions on one screen, without you needing to know Microsoft's portals.

Overview without technical knowledge

The timeline lists sign-ins, changes and security alerts one below the other, newest first. Every event gets a severity, and the filter shows only what needs attention. The AI advice summarises the situation and gives concrete steps. That lets you have a focused conversation with your IT administrator or supplier.

Safe to use

AlertControl only has read permissions and cannot change users, settings or data. You only see what your role in Microsoft 365 may also see. We recommend the Security Reader role: it lets you see everything in AlertControl without being able to change anything in Microsoft 365.

What does it cost?

AlertControl costs from €10 per month for up to 25 users; we invoice yearly. You pay per user bundle, not per user, and you can try it free for 30 days. No time or knowledge to look yourself? Our partner LinkSecure can take over the monitoring for you.
